During the admission of the resident, a written contract of accommodation and services will be signed by both parties and a copy of the Rules of Procedure will be delivered to the first signee.
We accept all suggestions that will lead us to the improvement of the provided services.
There is also a Book of Complaints which is accessible to the resident, whenever required.
