Rights and duties of the resident
Rights:
- his basic, physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs will be satisfied
- individuality and privacy will be respected
- his political and religious convictions will be respected
- participation in all activities of the residence, according to his interests and possibilities
- right to benefit from an annual holiday
Duties:
- the resident must comply with the standards expressed in the Rules of Procedure of the residence, as well as other decisions relating to its operation
- he must respect the agreed monthly pricing, whenever the resident is absent from the residence due to hospitalization, vacation or any other situation, to continue to ensure his place in the residence
- whenever the resident wants to leave for holidays or permanently, he must inform the Director of the Residence in writing, with at least 15 days notice
Rights and duties of the institution
Rights:
- all staff members will be treated with respect and dignity
- will be paid their agreed monthly fee in due time
- heritage and reputation will be respected
- investigation of the necessary elements to prove the veracity of statements made by the resident and his family /key players during the resident’s admission process will be carried out
Duties:
- quality of service and the necessary comfort for resident well-being will be maintained
- appropriate monitoring of the user will be provided
- the Rules of Procedure will be fully respected and normal operation of the institution will be ensured
