• Daily nursing care and monitoring of a general practitioner
• Accommodation in a quiet, comfortable and humanized environment. All rooms, adapted to the needs of seniors, are furnished
• Adequate food respecting the eating habits and medical prescriptions
• A quality of life made compatible with respect for individuality
• The organization of socio-cultural animation activities contributing to a healthy relationship environment and to the preservation of physical and psychic abilities
• Domestic services necessary for the well-being (environmental hygiene, meal service and linen processing)
• Social Living with family, friends, the residence staff and the community
• Participation of the family, wherever possible, to promote the well-being and psycho-affective balance of resident
• Religious assistance, when requested
• Other services regarding the improvement of the resident's quality of life: physical therapy, image care
